Brand safety and disclosure.
Advertisers at scale have procurement and legal teams that ask these questions anyway. Here are the answers up front.
Disclosure.
Every paid placement is disclosed. On YouTube that means the platform's paid-promotion declaration is enabled and the partnership is stated in the video and in the description. On Instagram it means the Paid Partnership label. We apply the stricter of the platform rule and the advertiser's local requirement, which in practice means FTC and ASA standards applied everywhere rather than only where they are enforced.
We do not run undisclosed placements. If a brief asks for one we will say no and explain why: it is unlawful in most of our audience's markets, and it costs the audience's trust, which is the only asset here.
Audience composition.
79% of views across the roster come from people aged 18 or over, and the single largest bracket is 25–34. We share the last-90-days age and geography split for any channel on request, straight out of YouTube Analytics, before you commit budget.
Campaigns are not placed on videos designated Made For Kids, where comments, personalisation and several ad features are disabled by the platform.
Categories we don't take.
Gambling, betting and casino apps. Alcohol, tobacco, vaping and nicotine. Adult content. Political advertising and issue advocacy. Speculative financial products, including cryptocurrency trading and "investment opportunity" offers. Any health, medical or supplement claim we cannot substantiate.
Content standards.
Roster content is made to be advertiser-friendly by default: no profanity, no sexual content, no graphic violence, no drug references. The channels are built for a general audience, which is why they are eligible for brand campaigns that most gaming inventory is not.
Rights and approvals.
You see a concept before production and a cut before publish. Factual corrections and legal or compliance changes are always actioned. Tone and comedic judgement stay with the creator, because that is what you are buying.
Usage rights for your own channels and for paid amplification are granted per campaign and stated in the agreement. There is no blanket perpetual licence in either direction.
Data and privacy.
We do not collect or process end-viewer personal data on your behalf. Campaign reporting comes from platform-native analytics and is aggregated. Enquiries submitted through this site are held only in order to respond to them.
